What do law students who are from overseas do if they want to continue
staying in australia and practise law there after the LLB is over? On
what visa does one have to do articles and do firms based in Melbourne
take you in for articles if you have non-resident status/student
status? Do they nominate overseas students for residencies?
I want to practise in Victoria, if anyone knows what's a good
idea...HELP!

hey why dont u discuss this matter with ur lecturers at Monash....i am
sure they can give u a fair idea of what previous overseas students
studying law at Monash have done in order to practise law in australia
